Trough FRP Bridge (I-side)

EDIT:HUAXIAN TIME:【2020-8-20 20:32:03】 Focus on:

Key points for construction and installation of trough glass fiber reinforced plastic bridge (I-side)

  1) The laying direction of grooved glass fiber reinforced plastic bridge (I-shaped side) and trunking should be short, and should be laid along the wall, along the column or along the beam as far as possible.

   2) According to the laying direction of cable trays and trunkings, the positions and loads of pre-embedded steel plates required for the installation of wall holes, floor holes and hangers are proposed to civil engineering and structural majors. And it should be coordinated with the majors in technology, plumbing and power.

   3) The concealed metal trunking wiring in the ground should be designed in close coordination with the civil engineering profession, so as to reasonably determine the route and equipment selection according to different structural types and building layouts.

4) Cables of different voltages and different purposes should not be laid in the same layer of cable tray:

(1) Cables above 1kV and below 1kV;

(2) Double-loop cable that supplies power to the first-class load on the same path;

(3) Emergency lighting and other lighting cables;

(4) Power, control and telecommunications cables. If cables of different grades are laid on the same cable tray, partitions should be added to isolate them.

5) When the additional concentrated load is not considered for installation or maintenance under engineering conditions, the uniform distribution load of the cable ladder frame and pallet shall be calculated according to the weight of the cable.

6) The cable tray should not be laid in parallel with the following pipelines. When it is unavoidable, the position of the cable tray should meet the following regulations, or take corresponding protective measures.

(1) The cable tray should be above the corrosive liquid pipeline.

(2) The cable tray should be under the heating pipe.

(3) When the flammable and explosive gas is heavier than air, the cable tray should be above the pipe.

(4) When the flammable and explosive gas is lighter than air, the cable tray should be under the pipe.

7) Refer to relevant standards for the minimum distance between cable tray and pipeline.

8) A necessary distance should be kept between the integrated wiring cable and nearby electrical equipment such as motors and power transformers that may generate high-level electromagnetic interference. The distance between the integrated wiring cable and the power cable should comply with the provisions of 11.0.2 of the GB/T 50311-2000 specification.

9) The distance between the integrated wiring cables, optical cables and pipelines laid on the wall and other pipelines should comply with the provisions of 11.0.2 of the GB/T 50311-2000 specification.

10) In the case of trough-type glass fiber reinforced plastic bridge (i-shaped side), the optimal span should be selected according to the load curve for support, and the span is generally 1.5 ~ 3.0m. When laying vertically, the fixed spacing should not be greater than 2m.
