Technical parameters

1. Hot dip zinc

The embedded tank was immersed in zinc solution at 460 C.

This method is generally used for embedded tanks.

2. Galvanize

The embedded bolts are galvanized to form a special protective layer on the surface without Crv1 ions.

Curved pipe gallery embedded trough

The embedded part is composed of a c-shaped curved channel steel produced by hot rolling forming process (with shockproof tooth slot) and anchor rods arranged on the back of the channel steel. The chute is embedded in the pipe pieces during the production. After the pipe pieces are connected and installed by the shield machine, the connected pipe lines and bridge frames are fixed by supporting T-type fall-proof bolts.
