Installation requirements for seismic support

EDIT:HUAXIAN TIME:【2019/2/25】 Focus on:

  1. The material, specifications and performance of the seismic support shall comply with the design requirements and relevant national current standards.

  2. After the seismic supports are delivered to the site, they shall be inspected and accepted. The supplier provides the factory certificate, component and component inspection report.

  3. The products should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse; components should be stored on shelves of the same model and specifications; when C-channel steel is stored, moisture-proof film should be laid on the ground, and dry wooden strips should be placed on the moisture-proof film ( Or wooden shelves, bamboo plywood, etc.), different types of C-channel steel should be stacked separately; the unopened C-channel steel should be lined with dry wood strips; the stacking height should be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations, and there should be Anti-overturning measures and warning signs.

  4. Before installation, it must be checked whether the model, specifications, materials, etc. of the seismic support and suspension components installed meet the requirements of the design documents.

  5. Seismic support hanger should be in place before its supported pipe installation.

  6. Before installation, the construction unit should clarify the scope of construction, and the installer should coordinate all installations in the area with other professionals, and formulate a reasonable installation sequence, so that the main components and pipelines close to the load-bearing structure should be installed first.

  7. The fulcrum and load-bearing point of the seismic support and hanger shall be located strictly in accordance with the design documents. The positioning deviation of the pipe support point relative to the indoor pipe should not exceed 10mm; the seismic support and hanger should be on a reliable building structure and should not affect the structural safety.

  8. Except for C-channel steel and through-screw rods, which can be cut on site, the components and profiles of all other products should be prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site.

  9. When cutting C-channel steel and threaded rods on site, ensure the verticality of the section; when cutting C-channel steel, the opening faces downwards, and deformation should be avoided during cutting; the cutting end burrs should be polished smoothly, and the adsorbed iron chips and For the powder, wipe clean, and the fully exposed channel steel cut ends should be installed with channel steel end caps except for water accumulation.

  10. The overall installation spacing of seismic supports and hangers should meet the design requirements and the regulations of current national standards, and the deviation should not exceed 0.2m.

  11. The vertical installation angle of the diagonal brace of the seismic hanger should meet the requirements of the design documents and should not be less than 30°; the distance between the diagonal brace of the single-tube seismic hanger and the hanger should not exceed 100mm; the installation of the diagonal brace of the seismic hanger should not deviate from its centerline 2.5°.

  12. The seismic supports and hangers fixed to the concrete structure all use expanded bottom type mechanical anchors. The surface of the base material in the anchorage area should be solid and flat, and there should be no defects such as sand, husk, honeycomb, pockmarked surface, oil stain, etc. that affect the bearing capacity of the anchor; the concrete strength level should reach C30 or above within the range of anchoring attempts; The drilling should meet the requirements of relevant codes and regulations; the anchoring operation should meet the design requirements of anchor bolts.

  13. The size of the pipe clamp should match the outer diameter of the pipe or the outer diameter of the insulation layer, and the parts connected to the other connecting parts of the support and hanger should be exposed outside the pipe insulation layer, and the connection between the pipe clamp and the pipe should be stable.

  14. Vibration-proof insulating rubber pads should be installed at the connection between the pipe clamp of the seismic support and hanger and the uninsulated pipe; the contact between the stainless steel pipe and the carbon steel support and hanger should be protected from electrochemical corrosion.

  15. Bolts and nuts should be tightened according to the design torque to prevent loosening.

  16. The anti-seismic hanger should have measures to adjust the vertical height of the pipeline, and the vertical height of the pipeline should be directly adjusted under load conditions.

  17. The seismic supports and hangers shared by two or more pipes should adopt pipe clamps to keep the relative position of the pipes unchanged, and the thermal pipes should be able to slide freely in the axial direction.

  18. The seismic supports and hangers shared by two or more pipes should not be used to support horizontal pipelines with different thermal displacements or directions.

  19. All insulation pipe clamps should use thermal insulation gaskets. The thickness of the insulation gaskets should not be less than the thickness of the pipe insulation layer, and the width should not be greater than the width of the support surface of the support and hanger. The gaskets should be complete, and the insulation should be dense and without gaps; The insulation gasket should meet its pressure-bearing capacity and not deform after installation.

  20. When single-way screw hangers are used for horizontal pipelines, anti-sway supports should be installed on the starting point of the pipeline, valves, elbows, three-way positions, and straight pipe sections with a length of 15cm.

  21. During installation, the supporting pipeline should be fully fixed to maintain the stability of the pipeline until the pipeline system is completely installed.

  22. Seismic supports and prefabricated supports and hangers should only be used for their intended purpose and not for temporary suspension or other installation purposes.

  23. After all the anti-vibration supports are adjusted, all the adjustment parts that may be loose should be firmly locked. Except as specified in the design documents, it is not advisable to lock the adjusting parts by breaking the thread.
